MCMICRO Galaxy Workflow

The Galaxy platform provides users a web based interface for running computational tools and workflows, manipulating datasets, and viewing or interacting with images. The MCMICRO modules and workflows have been integrated into Galaxy allowing users to run the MCMICRO workflow, individual modules, and view images from their web browser.
